It’s the People of the Company That Make a Difference

Here in Salt Lake City we have an Angel!!!  It is a little known fact that our own Alejandro DeLa Torre, from the Salt Lake City Prologistix team, is a pilot, for a program called “Angel Flight”.  Alejandro and other pilots, donate their time skill and money to assist those in need. This program is a non profit organization that has a Good Samaritan agenda.  On many occasions, there is a need for someone to be transported to a hospital, appointment, or life saving procedure.  Without the pilots of the Angel Flight team, these vital trips may be out of the question.  I had the privilege of hitching a ride with Alejandro on a special mission delivering a man in a red suit to children in Delta, Utah, an area hit hard by the sluggish economy. 

Planes that usually transport medical patients carried a special passenger.  Angel Flight transformed into "Santa Flight," delivering school supplies and clothes to Title I schools in Delta.
