Buenos Dios, Senor!

I am struggling to learn another language. Spanish. I know, some of you learned it in high school. Others learned it growing up. And some of you have Spanish as your first language. But I’m struggling.

Call it an old dog learning new tricks or just say Baer’s slow or I thought anyone could learn Spanish. Whatever. I’m struggling.

BUT, I’m going to get there. Why? For the simple reason that over 16% of our US population (and I suspect an even higher percentage of our workforce) speak Spanish and it just makes sense to me that I should try to communicate better with them. Respect. Courtesy. Business. It’s worth the struggle.
