Mike Baer
Mike Baer is the founder of the Jholdas Group (1998) and prior to that served as an executive with TRC Staffing and Summit Performance. For over 30 years, Mike has launched and grown businesses in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia. His clients include EmployBridge, O-Neal, Inc., Turner Broadcasting, Kaiser Permanente, Fulcrum Construction, the Federal Reserve, the U.S. Treasury Department, Central Plastics (Tianjin, China), CynergiSystems, and Coalition America. Mike holds a BA from Flagler College, a ThM from Dallas Seminary, and is the author of Business as Mission and a variety of journal articles. He is currently a Regional Vice President and owner at EmployBridge LLC.
Gary Christopher
Gary Christopher has over 36 years of executive leadership experience in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. As a senior leader with Parsons (one of the largest private engineering and construction firms in the world), Gary led the start-up and successful turnarounds for a variety of business units with revenues of $10M to over $100M. He led strategic planning, re-organizations, created successful strategic account management programs, and instituted performance management systems linking staff goals to vision, values and financial impact. He has served clients, primarily in the A/E/C space, as a Board Director, CEO, COO, strategic planning and leadership coach, director of internal universities, and in overall business process improvement. His clients include: The Bernier Carr Group, Boyle Engineering, Boyken International, CAPE, FMSM Engineers, ECS, EEC, QORE, Inc., Patterson & Dewar Engineers, Inc., Pond and Company, Slopes BBQ, Utilities Analyses, Inc. among others as well as a variety of clients across the industrial, municipal and federal sector. Gary earned his B.S in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, a Masters in Engineering from the University of Florida, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Duke University. He is a registered professional engineer.
